Even though I was only 22 years old, I was already experiencing significant stress and struggling to manage my emotions. Consequently, both my weight and skin quality were subpar.

Doctors were unable to provide effective solutions; neither ointments, medications, nor various diets alleviated my issues. Despite regular workouts at the gym, my metabolism remained a mystery, both to myself and medical professionals. It seemed resistant to change.

However, after engaging in the Change Your Life in 90 Days project and overcoming numerous obstacles, I finally began to witness initial results. These developments instilled in me a renewed belief in the possibility of reclaiming my health. I must clarify that it wasn’t a miracle cure that miraculously resolved all my health concerns overnight. Instead, it was a combination of a systematic approach, consistent detoxification, supplementation, and proper hydration that contributed to preventing not only weight-related issues but also yielded additional benefits such as improved skin quality, stabilized nervous system, increased energy levels, and a more positive outlook on life.

Working in the wellness industry doesn’t exempt us from facing our own health challenges. I, too, battled major skin issues that required intense chemical treatments. It was this struggle that led me to ponder the importance of internal cleansing and ultimately led me to Coral Club.

When I joined the "Transform Yourself in 90 Days" initiative, it marked the beginning of significant changes for me. Now, looking back on the project, I can confidently affirm that not only has my overall well-being improved and I’ve achieved weight loss, but my mindset has also undergone a transformation.

Within the initial two weeks of the project, I experienced a resurgence of energy. Previously, after a strenuous day at work, I often lacked the energy even to perform simple tasks like washing dishes, opting instead to unwind with a couple of beer bottles or glasses of wine in front of the TV before heading to bed. However, upon incorporating Coral Club products into my routine, I noticed a stabilization of my nervous system and a surge in energy levels. I now find myself capable of accomplishing much more after a demanding day’s work, without relying on alcohol for relaxation, and my eating habits have become healthier as well.

Shortly thereafter, I began to feel a sense of lightness, which preceded any visible weight loss. The sensation of heaviness, akin to being weighed down like a ball in a laundry, dissipated. While it took some time for the excess weight to gradually diminish, I ultimately shed 4 kilograms during the project, without resorting to drastic diets or experiencing undue stress.

Prior to the project, my lifestyle was fairly typical, but as it progressed, my body naturally began to crave healthier foods. Until around the age of 35, my body managed excess weight relatively well, fluctuating between gains and losses. However, as I grew older (currently 42 years old), the weight began to steadily increase. Last spring, I embarked on a drastic diet for a week, characterized by constant hunger and stress, resulting in a temporary 5-kilogram weight loss that was quickly regained.

One of my long-standing concerns was my thin, naturally wavy hair. Over the past 20 years, I’ve made numerous attempts to encourage hair growth, with minimal success. Despite consulting a trichologist specialist and investing in expensive hair masks and shampoos, my hair remained short and thin. To my delight, upon incorporating Coral products into my routine, my hair began to grow thicker. This transformation was corroborated by my hairdresser, who noted significant improvement during my visits.

Additionally, I’ve learned to prioritize hydration, now consuming 3 liters of water daily without feeling compelled to do so. Previously, I often went without water, particularly in winter, relying instead on coffee in the morning and beer in the evening. Furthermore, I’ve observed a reduction in leg swelling, a condition that previously impeded my ability to fully close my long boots after a day at my sedentary computer job. This improvement was a pleasant surprise, as I hadn’t explicitly mentioned it to my health coach. Moreover, I’ve noticed enhancements in my memory.

One of the most significant benefits of the project has been the wealth of knowledge gained through interactions with trainers and fellow participants, as well as through engaging lectures led by experienced and knowledgeable nutritionist trainers.
